How can I find my order number?

Once you successfully place an order on Anb-product.com, you will receive an automatic email on your email address that you provided while you registered for your Anb-product.com  account. If you cannot find, please check your spam/junk folder.

Why is your shipping slow?

We use shipping companies who can provide DDP service (Delivery Duty Paid) so that our customers don’t have to withstand extra burden in terms of customs payment or tax.

These are often very complicated. Our shipping company usually collect bulk shipments and send it to your desired country, thus it makes the shipping cost and tax cheaper and easier to deliver the product at your doorstep.

However if you want fast delivery, you can use DHL, Aramex, FedEx to get the product faster, but in that case shipping cost will be expensive and extra tax might be added by customs.

How do you ship packages?

We provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by ePacket, EMS and USPS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over more countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
